Now to entice you to hire me to be
your Pensacola Realtor. I am told you
would like to know more about my
experience and me. I was born on October 29, 1949.
But, I think that’s a little too far back. Maybe it
would be better to list the more important facts. I guess the best way to list
them is in the order they occurred:
- Service in the United States Marine Corps.
- BA Degree in Speech/Communications, University of Tennessee.
- 34 great years in Sales and Marketing.
- Became a Realtor on May 20, 1996.
- Completed my work on my GRI designation (135-hour course) on
May 9,1997.
- Completed course work and past Florida state exam to be a
Broker Associate in June 1997.
- Became a Certified New Home Specialist (CSP) on June 26, 1997.
- Received the Pensacola Association of Realtors 1997 Rising
Star Award. This is given annually to a Realtor who has been a
member for less than two years who demonstrated the most service
to the Association and Community.
- Received my ePro designation in May of 1999.
- Became an Accredited Buyers Representative (a designation of
National Association of Realtors) on June 1, 2000.
- Completed my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)
designation in April 2002
- Proud and happy husband of deLany Sheffield.
