First I will enter your home into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
This is a database available over the internet that allows brokers,
salespeople, and the public to view and share information. I will
immediately list your home and take digital photographs to allow
potential buyer to see your beautiful home.
Agents work with each seller to develop a written marketing plan.
This enables you to know what your agent is doing to sell your home
and what you can expect to happen while your property is on the
market. Also included will be suggestions on how to make your home
sell.
Your home will be marketed through several avenues: Find a Home
Magazine, The Real Estate Book, Pensacola News Journal, and linked to
multiple on-line sites throughout the Pensacola Area, Gulf Breeze, Ft.
Walton Beach, Mobile AL, and Nation-wide. You will have exposure!!
There will be regular communication between you and your Real Estate
Professional from the day the listing agreement is signed through
closing. I will also give you progress reports and feedback from
potential buyers who have seen your home. At any time we will have
the opportunity to ask questions, and discuss changes or revisions in
our marketing strategy.
